TenantCircle is being built as an iOS-first product with a Laravel backend and public co-signing flow.

Is this for renters or landlords?

The MVP is renter-first. The landlord-facing piece is the shared report review and co-signature page. Manager assignment, reminders, and review queues are planned as a later workflow.

Does it replace legal advice?

No. TenantCircle organizes documentation and report evidence. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

Will there be Android?

The initial release is iOS-only. Android is not part of the first launch scope.

How are reports shared?

The app creates a report and generates a secure link for review, PDF download, and landlord co-signature.

Can property managers assign inspections remotely?

That is part of the manager roadmap. The goal is for managers to assign move-in, move-out, routine, or custom inspections and receive submitted reports for review.

Will TenantCircle support routine inspections?

The initial app focuses on move-in and move-out documentation. Routine checks and custom inspections are being preserved for the property-manager phase.
